Urodziny w Gdyni / Birthday in Gdynia

Już tradycyjnie pojechaliśmy w moje urodziny do Gdyni na FROG. Oprócz ogniowych popisów, zabawiliśmy się w prawdziwych turystów - wybraliśmy się w rejs statkiem i zobaczyliśmy gdyński port okiem kapitana okrętu. Byliśmy też w sopockim akwarium, gdzie trochę ponurkowaliśmy, i na pokazie latających psów - takie rzeczy to tylko w Trójmieście.

It's become a tradition to celebrate my birthday in Gdynia and to go to the FROG festival. Apart from the fireshow performances, we acted like real tourists and went for a boat trip to see the harbour. We also went to the Aquarium in Sopot, did a little diving there and watched the flying dogs.

93. I heart Paris.

Od mojego powrotu z Paryża minęło już trochę czasu. Niestety oglądanie zdjęć nie pomaga. Konia z rzędem temu, kto mnie teleportuje z powrotem do tego pięknego miasta w ten piękny czas.

P.S. Zupełnie przez przypadek trafiłam na ten artykuł. Czyli od co najmniej 7 lat chodzę w hitowych butach zupełnie nieświadomie. Wiwat glany!

It's been some time since my return from Paris. Unfortunately photos don't help. I'll give half of my kingdom to whoever could teleport me back to this beautiful city in this beautiful time.

P.S. By accident I found this article about military shoes which, apparently, are celebrating their big come back. It turn out thaf for the last 6 or more years I've been wearing some very fashionable shoes. Viva Dr. Martens!

91. Paris, je t'aime!

Ah, nie ma co ukrywać, kocham Paryż! Nie ważne czy pogoda dopisuje, czy mam pieniądze, czy pokonuję kilometrowe trasy w muzeach, czy siedzę w Tuileries. Paryż ma w sobie to coś, co przyciąga i nie pozwala zapomnieć. Jedyną wadą mojej ostatniej wyprawy była ograniczona waga bagażu, a przez to niemożność zabrania odpowiedniej ilości ubrań. Bo jak można w Paryżu być źle ubranym?

Ah, I must not hide it, I love Paris! No matter what the weather is, how much money I have, how many kilometres I walk visiting museums or how long I sit in Tuileries. Paris has this thing that appeals to humans and doesn't allow them to forget about it. The only disadvantage of my last trip to Paris was the checked baggage weight not allowing me to take enough clothes. Because how could you look bad in Paris?
