XKCD and clitoris. It's complicated.

//I love quotes, not necessarily those by Plato, they can be movie dialogues, song lyrics or anything that catches my eye.

The Internet if full of photos superimposed with some "deep thoughts" (which sometimes are quite good) and pictures superimposed with some "innovative jokes" (which I love, especially when they make you laugh really hard). Some time ago I rediscovered comic strips (re- because I've already known them from their paper versions) and I've totally fallen for their e-versions. I totally admire XKCD, a webcomic of romance, sarcasm, math, and language (as the author describes the page). Take a look and you won't regret it! There are millions of comis stripes, the humour is awesome, the lines are simple, and the stories are quite often meaningful (well, once we pay attention to what's behind the joke).

//Spring rain has this particular smell, the smell of spring and all the plants letting know that soon they will show their best. In summer beaches smell lovely, of the sun they've accumulated and now are giving it all away. In fall the smell of smoke lets you know the summer time is over and the long evenings are approaching.
Do you collect smells?
I'm not talking about bottles of perfume, but about all the fleeting fragrances that remind us of some places or people and that we can't really preserve or feel once again.
I love to come across such long forgotten smells and suddenly feel what I felt then, remember all that was important then. I have my favourites, the ones that many people like such as the smell of just mown lawn, gasoline, soil after rain, blown out candles.
But I also have some other smells in my head that are special only for me.

//The smell of the water in the swimming pool, which reminds me of the hours spent swimming and the lovely tiredness afterwards

//The unsettling smell of the beach and the forest at night, star gazing, scary bats over our heads and scary stories

3. The berry

//The shimmering smell of my favourite summer body lotion which I use only in the summer and as long as I can. Not only the fragrance is stunning, but it also gives me this summery glow and helps me keep my tan longer

//His smell on the pillow. Especially if I come across that smell in the daytime

//The smell from a pet shop reminding me of all my pets that I used to have and makes me buy some treats for those that live with me now

6.Daily bunny

Zapach gotujących się powideł śliwkowych, słodki, duszący, kojarzący się z końcem lata.
//The smell of plum jam being cooked in a huge pot. It's sweet, thick and announces the end of summer

1. Cinnamon and thyme
2. Kitchen butterfly

IF

 Etienne Daho - If

I used to hate this song, but now I love tous les ifs, all these IF sounds. Somehow I found these sounds soothing.

Chciałaby, a się boi / If I could, I would

Mój wróbel to buty.

I oglądam Iron Mana. I słucham Thunderstruck.

If I could, I would kill all the birds with one stone. Right. Usually it's only wishful thinking. What if not only the stone doesn't hit the birds but falls and hits the forehead? That's why instead of killing any birds, I destroy one mosquito and pretend to be happy about it. For me shoes are mosquitoes. I wish I could wear sexy stilettos, comfy converses, elegant loafers. Unfortunately most often I'm stuck with the most comfortable of them all, TOMS. And I hope they don't look that ugly (but I won't ask).

To celebrate, I choose the safe chunky heels. And watch Iron Man. And listen to Thunderstruck.
